Tuncer Cebeci

Tuncer Cebeci (born August 25, 1934 – March 28, 2021) was a Turkish-American mechanical engineer and academic. He worked at Douglas Aircraft Company, and later he founded and chaired the Aerospace Engineering Department at California State University in Long Beach, USA.
