Edmond L. Smith

Edmond Leaf Smith (October 23, 1829 – September 11, 1891) was an American politician and lawyer from Pennsylvania and Colorado. He served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing Berks County from 1858 to 1859. He also served in the Colorado Territorial Legislative Assembly in 1875. Provided by Wikipedia
