Description
Abstract:Several narrow resonances associated with strange particles are observed in the reaction: $\gamma$ + Be $\to$ hadrons We present evidence for the production of a new antibaryon state ($\sim$2.26 GeV/$ĉ2$), which decays into $\bar{\Lambda} \pî+ \pî- \pî-$. Combining the above state with an additional $\pî+$ gives an indication of the cascade process: $\bar{\Lambda} \pî+ \pî- \pî+ \pî- (\sim 2.45) \to \bar{\Lambda} \pî+ \pî- \pî- (\sim 2.26) + \pî+$ In the same experiment, we also observe a narrow peak near 1.86 GeV/$ĉ2$ decaying into $K_Ŝ0 \pî+ \pî- \pî+ \pî-$ • The above observations strongly suggest these states are the predicted charmed hadrons.
