The crimes he was convicted for are to this day of the gravest acts of terrorism in Austria's Second Republic. Franz Fuchs, who called himself an "Austrian terrorist", regarded his criminal activities as a service to a commiunity he tried to shield from foreign influences. The film follows the protocols taken during the interrogations.
