Upon report of the Lords committees appointed to consider of the priviledges of the peers of this realm [microform] : it is ordered and declared by the Lords in Parliament assembled, that it is the undoubted right of the peers of this realm, not to be charged with any horse, armes, or other martial charge whatsoever.
