Tax deductions for certain foreign broadcast advertising : message from the president of the United States transmitting a proposal for legislation amending the Internal Revenue Code to deny a deduction for expenses of an advertisement placed with a foreign broadcast station and directed to a market in the United States, if a similar deduction is denied to advertisers, in the country in which such station is located, for the costs of advertising directed primarily to a market in that country when placed with a U.S. broadcast station.
