A proclamation [microform] : Whereas the Honourable Peter Warren, Esq; commander in chief of his majesty's ships of war in the expedition against Cape-Breton, hath informed me that he has taken a French man of war called the Vigilant ... which he intends to put into commission, and fit and man for his majesty's service ... Given at the Council-chamber in Boston the thirty-first day of May, 1745.
