Description
Item Description:Caption title. Opening lines: A small pamphlet was published some little time since, intitled Dr. Gardiner versus James Flagg, in which a representation of the proceedings of the referees (to whom the case had been committed by a rule of court) was so fairly and impartially stated, that as no reply could be justly made, so it was imagined none would have been attempted. In the Supplement however to the Boston evening-post of July 20th [1767], an attempt of this kind was made.
