In Congress at New-York, Monday, the 9th of August, 1790 [microform] : Sir, In obedience to a resolution of the House of Representatives of the United States, of this date, I have the honor to inclose, for the information of the executive authority of the state over which you preside, copies of the resolution of the House of the eighteenth of May last, reflecting the terms for which the members of the present Congress were chosen.
