According to Evans, the original plan of publication in weekly numbers was abandoned after a short time (Number 1 was issued Dec. 12, 1789) and the completed work finally published Dec. 1, 1790. Signatures: [a]² b² B-6H² (6H2 verso blank); A-4A² (4B)*² 4B-6G² 6H1. Printed in two columns. Signed and paged as two volumes, but bound in a single volume, without separate title page to volume 2. The New Testament begins on pages 281, 2nd count. Four additional pages (gathering (4B)*), numbered *(281)-(284)* inserted after pages 280, 2nd count. Errors in paging: page 39. 474, 1st count, misnumbered 29, 374; pages 239, 295, 354-355, 2nd count, misnumbered 236, 293, 355, 354. |
