The book printing and custom portfolio box were completed at Tien Wah Press in Singapore in 2005. The cover image and special inkjet print, Panorama from Sentinel Dome, were made by Mark Klett and Byron Wolfe combining images from the project made in 2003 with historical insets by Carleton Watkins photographed in 1865 and 1866...The edition is limited to seventy-five copies and ten artists' proofs signed and numbered."--statement before half title page.
