Abstract: | The Federal Radiological Monitoring and Assessment Center (FRMAC) conducted a three day training drill May 17 through May 19, 1994 at the Nevada Test Site (NTS). The drill was designed to provide training to field monitors and data assessors who would respond to a major radiological emergency. The drill was named ̀̀HANDSHAKE ONÈ̀ to symbolize the strong FRMAC relationship between the federal and state radiological agencies. |
