Credit unions : hearing before a subcommittee of the Committee on Banking and Currency, United States Senate, Seventy-third Congress, first session, on S. 1639, a bill to establish a federal credit union system, to establish a further market for securities of the United States and to make more available to people of small means, credit for provident purposes through a national system of cooperative credit, thereby helping to stabilize the credit structure of the United States ; S. 1640, a bill to amend section 13 of the Federal reserve act by authorizing federal reserve banks to receive deposits from credit unions ; S. 1641, a bill to amend section 4 of the act approved June 25, 1910, authorizing the postal savings system, and for other purposes, June 1, 1933.
