The large number of young Americans accessing the Internet has encouraged illegitimate entrepreneurs--including drug offenders--to market and sell their products to young people through this powerful medium. This bulletin highlights the prevalence of drug-related information on the Internet, the most common drug types on the Internet, and challenges to identifying and investigating drug-related activities in cyberspace.
