The purpose of this manual is to introduce joint use agreements and their potential. The manual begins with a definition of what a joint use agreement is and what it is not. Next it suggests a number of considerations which should go into a joint use agreement and provides a guideline by which a joint use agreement can be drafted. Finally, the manual discusses some potential problems a district may encounter in the implementation of a joint use and some possible solutions to these problems.
