The units are organized in 16 units that cover the following topics: interpersonal relationships and the health care team; using communication and observation skills; safety; concepts of microbiology; concepts of the body as a whole; the skin and its appendages; the digestive system; the musculoskeletal system; the cardiovascular system; the respiratory system; the nervous system; the sensory system; the endocrine system; the urinary system; the reproductive system; and understanding the elderly.
