The project consisted of a cadre of teachers from one school system who trained teachers from four other school systems. Participants were evaluated on nine Likert-type pre- and post-measures at each of the four training sites. Results indicated significant gains in 11 of the 27 comparisons, gains in 23 of the 27, and small but insignificant losses in only 4 comparisons. Only 4 of the 23 gains, however, were statistically significant: attitude toward peer coaching, acceptance of others, the total of self-concept and perception of others, and attitude toward the administration.
