The descriptions are organized according to state, and each includes information on the following topics: (1) general program information (program head, establishment date, organization description, current funding source, and distribution of program activity); (2) research (concentration, sponsored percentage, and percentage of activities carried out by other groups); (3) public service and technical assistance (concentration and percentage distribution of activities directed to clients); and (4) instruction offered (degrees offered if any and the total number of people in the unit). Also included are the address, telephone number and fax number of each program.
