This annual report gives an account of the activities performed and the results achieved, during the fiscal year 1974-75. Included within the report are descriptions of: (1) system development and implementation; (2) information services; (3) marketing and user education; (4) user contract and profiling; (5) information processing; (6) back up services; and (7) clerical and administrative activities.
