The study provides a basis for assessing the potential training resources within the present school structure, as well as a detailed outline of the present scope of services. Elements which have been included in this study include: a review of population trends in the entire Borough and in the high school population in particular for the period 1976 to present; population flow (migration and out-migration); special geographic features; transportation facilities; labor market information specific to the borough; and assessments of the scope and nature of local business.
