The document consists of seven chapters and an appendix. The first chapter introduces the structure of good vocational education. Each of five succeeding chapters tells what a set of actors (vocational education teachers, vocational education administrators, special education teachers, professional support staff, and principals and district administrators) in the educational system can do to serve such students in regular vocational classes. Chapter 7 mentions recommendations regarding changes in federal funding and data collection and state department of education funding, technical assistance, and evaluation. The appendix lists the programs visited during the project that produced this guide. (CML)
