The first section is an overview of the evaluation procedures and describes the evaluation process, the major evaluation areas, and the necessary materials. Evaluation guidelines are presented for the State advisory council, the regional advisory committee, the regional director of vocational education, the local craft committee, and the vocational teacher. The interview guide section, designed to provide in-depth information about vocational programs, consists of questions for vocational teachers, students, graduates, and local employers.
