The materials were developed for a 12- to 18-week course designed to provide exploration opportunities in interior design, related textiles, reupholstery, slip covering and drapery making, furniture, equipment and accessories, housing, related agencies and legislation, and operation of home furnishings, equipment and services enterprises. A curriculum objective test is also included. (This manual and 54 others were developed for various secondary level vocational courses using the System Approach for Education (SAFE) guidelines.)
