The report was prepared in 10 parts--(1) general description of junior colleges, (2) area population and enrollment projections, (3) high school students and graduates and adult education students, (4) business and industrial needs, (5) the educational program, (6) buildings and sites, (7) administrative organization, (8) financial analysis, (9) conclusions and recommendations of the study committee, and (10) the results of a community survey of attitudes toward the idea of a junior college. This survey was conducted by means of a structured interview at the home of the respondent, with some telephone interviews of those who had been difficult to reach at home. Detailed results of all phases of the study are presented. (wo)
