Summary:Technical activity from April 1 through June 30, 1966 involving the development of performance measures used to assess student achievement in relation to instructional objectives are discussed. The major problems encountered in these activities are presented in these sections: General Curriculum Development, Development of Specific Learning Units, Implementation, and Tryout and Revision. These activities are related to one primary goal of the project as given the project proposal which is included, and they are related to content which was derived from an analysis of desired behavior following graduation. The major problems were the specification and communication of the objectives and achieving acceptance of the objectives by the personnel.
