This paper reports on a follow-up study made five years after the tests were given to a sample of 440,000 high school students to determine the degree of correspondence between test results and later realization of career plans. Occupations are grouped into seven major groups according to the stringency of their entry requirements or specialized route of preparation. Means, standard deviations, and point-biserial correlations are reported for selected career plan groups in 10 tables included with the report of the study. (SR) | ||
