When writing a behavioral objective, one must use a specialized verb limited to few interpretations. It is important to describe the situation in which the desired behavior is to be observed. The minimal acceptable performance for a given behavioral objective must be identified. Behavioral objectives can be written for different learning outcomes: (1) cognitive learning, (2) affective learning, and (3) psychomotor learning. (BR)
