The evaluation summarization form is presented along with instructions for using the form. Areas of evaluation for which guidelines are provided include program objectives, advisory committee, occupational objectives, course of study, related instruction, student selection, guidance, physical facilities, equipment, safety instruction, leadership and citizenship, resource materials, resource people, community visits, teacher certification, teacher schedule, student groups, and required reports.
