Summary:Examples of new methods of instruction are given in this monograph, which is the third in a series of five monographs prepared by Harrisburg Area Community College to illustrate how the college is attempting to "meet the changing needs of students." Brief descriptions of several programs and the innovative methods of instruction used in them are given. The programs are A.C. circuits, accounting, data processing, developmental English, educational psychology, marketing, modern culture and the arts, nursing, physics, police science, and shorthand and typing. Tutoring has also been added as a service for students who are having difficulty with certain courses. (BB)
