This pamphlet describes the national youth program and highlights its accomplishments. At the end, it is concluded that the program was an apparent success from the standpoint of exceeding the goal for the number of youths hired and the number of disadvantaged youths hired. In addition, several unique approaches have been tried this year to increase the opportunity of meaningful employment and to provide a better future for the disadvantaged and minority groups.
