It also includes a brief discussion of manpower trends and their implications for vocational-technical education. Based on information from the states, major sections of the report are: (1) Moving Ahead, (2) Fiscal Year 1969 in Review, (3) Manpower Trends, and (4) Statistical Tables, Fiscal Year 1969.
