A section on reference materials includes a full report on the Differentiated Staffing Conference held in Geneva, N.Y., February 26-28, 1969; a brief listing of films and video tapes; a definition of terms used in the document; and the reprint of an article, "Differentiated Staffing: The Second Generation by Peter B.
