The first 20 pages of the document include an introduction, a diagram of the career development model, a career development scope and sequence model chart, and a brief description of the program's three components: self, the world of work, and career planning and preparation. The remaining 112 pages comprise lesson plans, presented under the first two headings for grades K-3, and under all three headings for grades 4 and 5. Each lesson is based on a general concept and objective, further divided into behavioral objectives with accompanying suggested learning activities, resources and materials, and evaluation procedures to be used by the teacher.
