This report attempts to give brief summaries of the statistics presented in all of the above-named bulletins, and discusses a few of the outstanding issues: (1) Enrollments in various types of schools; (2) Per capita costs; (3&4) Historical summaries concerning gifts and endowments to education; (5) Distribution of teachers by sex and type of school; (6) Enrollments by type of school, by 5-year periods from 1890-1924; and (7) Classification of enrollments in elementary schools, high schools, teacher-training institutions and colleges.
