Previously released as a compact disc.
The Schütz work, titled by the composer Schwanengesang, consists of motets for 2 4-part choirs & continuo, as reconstructed (1983) by Wolfram Steude (published by Bärenreiter). The Deutsche Magnificat (Meine Seele erhebt den Herrn, SWV 494) originally on the analog issue is not included here.
