Abstract:The present report represents an attempt to collect and tabulate available United States and British strain-controlled elevated-temperature fatigue data on Type 316 stainless steel. These data include 324 observations under zero- and tension-hold-time conditions and 10 observations under compression and tension plus compression hold-time conditions. The experimental procedures and specimen designs used to obtain these data are also discussed briefly.
