Think First was a group of schools in West Sussex who initially got together through the head teachers who shared a similar approach to education. They were one of the first groups of schools to receive the £50,000 from the NCSL. This is the story of their network.The network has worked hard over the years to include everyone, from all the schools in the network, teachers, TAs and support staff.
