Fulbright, Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of the United States Senate. Marian Dobrosielski, Counselor to the Foreign Minister of Poland and assistant professor of philosophy at the University of Warsaw. Prince Jean De Broglie, Member of the French National Assembly and until recently Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs. Sir Geoffrey De Freitas, Member, British Parliament and President of the Assembly of the Council of Europe. |
