Includes correspondence, affidavits, reports, and other memoranda, in German, used as documentary evidence during the Military Tribunal, Case Number 11, held in Nuremberg, Germany, against Ernst Weizsaecker, Ernst Woermann, Otto von Erdmannsdorff, Edmund Veesenmayer, Karl Ritter, Gustav Steengracht and Wilhelm Keppler. Consists of the personal copy of the prosecution briefs from the Ministries Trial Number 11 belonging to chief prosecutor, Robert Kempner; volume shows "R.M.W. Kempner" embossed on the cover.
