545 0 |a Shweta Anand, PhD, is the former Dean of Academics and Dean of Research and Planning and is currently Dean of the School of Management at Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida, India. She has qualified in MCom, PGDM in Finance and ICWAI, and has a PhD in Wealth Management. She has almost three decades of experience. She started her career by serving at Indian financial institutions, moved on to more challenging and global roles in the IT sector as a financial services consultant, and thereafter entered academics in 2008. While in academics, she has authored several publications in high-impact journals and books. She has successfully guided several PhD researchers. She also serves on various panels and editorial and advisory boards. She has several awards and accolades to her credit. Shalini Srivastav, PhD, has over 16 years of experience in teaching, research, and consultancy and almost three years of corporate experience. During these years, she has played many roles, including teacher, trainer, mentor, counsellor, and administrator. Her research areas are diverse and include financial management, financial services, investment management, project management, auditing, etc. In addition to organizing and participating in many conferences, seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs, she has published business cases and research papers in national and international journals and has been granted 14 copyrights. She is a life member of the Indian Commerce Association and the Integrated Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ICCI), New Delhi. She is also serving as a reviewer and advisory board member of various journals of international repute. She has earned awards for her research. She is a blogger and loves to write articles on finance. She has a vast global exposure, and she believes in encouraging and motivating students to face challenges by sharing with them her blend of academic & corporate experience. Vikas Garg, PhD, is Assistant Director of the Executive Programs Management Domain at Amity University, Uttar Pradesh, India. He has an almost 20+ years of experience and has more than 10 PhD scholars currently under his guidance. He has published numerous research papers in various Scopus- and ABDC-indexed international and national journals. He is acting as Associate Editor of the Journal of Sustainable Finance and Investment, (indexed in the WoS and Scopus). He is also acting as the Book Series Editor for Taylor and Francis for three books series: Technology Innovations: Strategies for Business Sustainability and Growth; Emerging Trends in Technology in Management and Commerce; and Electronic Commerce Management for Business. He has been working with new innovative ideas in the field of patents and copyrights. He has been the lead organizer in conducting various international conferences, workshops, and case study competitions, including those affiliated with IEEE. He has been conferred with many national and international awards for being best academician, researcher, and employee. Geetika Garg holds the degrees of MCom, MBA (Finance), and MPhil (Commerce) and has more than 15 years of experience as a finance professor at reputed institutes. Currently she is working in the Bhai Gurdas Group of Institutions in the Commerce and Management Department, India. There, she has been working since 2016 and now she is serving as Department Chair. She formerly served as an Assistant Professor of Finance at HIMT Group of Institutions in Management Department. She is a great motivator and focuses on improvement of students', development in management and supports the teacher-learning process. Ms. Garg has a keen interest in research. During her MPhil, she prepared her thesis on the volatility of the Indian Stock Market compared with other countries' stock markets. As a teacher in the management department, she has helped on more than 1000 MBA projects. In her current position, she is very active in conducting various events for the growth and overall development of students.
