Biographical or Historical Data: | Mateusz Tomanek is Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Poland, where he teaches management, and the marketing of sport and wellness. He is also the chairman of the organizing committee of the International Scientific Conference Quality in Sport and the Editor-in-Chief of the journal Quality in Sport, and local coordinator for the programme of The Governance & Administration of Leisure and Sports International Master (GOALS) which is financed under Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree. Wojciech Cieśliński is Associate Professor in the Department of Organization and Management at the Wroclaw University of Health and Sport Sciences, Poland. He is also author of many publications in the field of organizational space and the digitization of sport. Michał Polasik is Associate Professor in the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Poland and Head of the Centre for Digital Economy and Finance NCU. He has led several research projects regarding payment innovations, payment systems, e-commerce, and cryptocurrencies. He is also the co-founder and CEO of the NCU spin-off company Technology For Mobile Ltd., which aims to increase the knowledge of commercialization and to cooperate with the FinTech sector. |
