The most recent of these is the text provided by: the Supreme Tribunal of Elections, https://www.tse.go.cr [consulted August 2020]. It should be noted that the various consolidations are not in total agreement concerning the division of certain Articles into paragraphs. There is also variation in the presentation of the Transitory Provisions. The printed text of 2000 has been generally followed here, with reference to the individual amending laws as required.
