Responses of Peary caribou and muskoxen to turbo-helicopter harassment, Prince of Wales Island, Northwest Territories, 1976-77 / Frank L. Miller, Anne Gunn.
Both Peary caribou and muskoxen were affected by helicopter harassment; the level of harassment was dependent on the altitude of the flight. Flights were designed to simulate types of helicopter activity likely to occur during the construction of a gas pipeline in arctic Canada.
