サヨンの鐘 /

A Japanese "national policy" film, loosely based on an event that occurred in Japanese-occupied Taiwan in September 1938. It follows a young girl named Sayon from one of the country's indigenous tribes and tells of her devotion to her village, and to the Japanese empire.
