Two ordinances of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament [microform] : the one giving power to the Committee of the Militia of London and to all committees, deputy-live tenants and others whom it doth concerne to execute according to marshall law all souldiers that are runne away from their colours, who have been listed or imprested for the service of the Kingdome under the command of Sir Thomas Fairfax : the other for impresting of souldiers for the service of the Parliament : 17, Ianuaris 1645.
