Marshal, two Benedictine monks, formerly tryed with Wakeman : with whom was likewise tryed Alexander Lumsdell : who though he appeared to be a priest, yet being born in Scotland, he continues upon a special verdict : the heads of the evidence against each of them, and their defences and behaviour.
