Whereas the House was this day informed that some person or persons have printed and published some things that have been agitated before the Lords in Parliament, without any order of the House, in a presumptuous manner, and contrary to all usage in former times [microform] : it is ordered by the Lords in Parliament assembled, that no person or persons hereafter shall presume to print or publish any act, ordinance, order, vote ... belonging to this House, without order from the same.
