A declaration and ordinance of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament [microform] : for the better preventing of spyes and intelligencers, and for sequestring the estates of such as shall go from London to Oxford, or to the person of the king, queen, or any of the lords of the councell, or into any of the quarters of the army raised by the king, without order from one or both houses of Parliament : and likewise a reward of one fifth part of the estate of all such offenders, to be given to such persons as shall give notice thereof according to this ordinance.
