At a General Assembly of the governor and company of the state of Connecticut, holden at Hartford, by special order of his excellency the governor, on the second Thursday of October, Anno Domini 1782 [microform] : Whereas there are considerable sums still remaining due in arrear for past taxes from the several towns ... Resolved ... that the treasurer ... forward to the selectmen of each town within the state, an account of the respective ballances [sic] due.
