December 30, 1777 [microform] : All gentlemen volunteers, who have a desire to serve on board the Stanley armed brig, belonging to His Majesty's ship the Roebuck, now lying down at the lower ship yards, will meet with the warmest encouragement from the officer appointed to command her, who gives constant attendance, and expects early applications, as it is intended to fit her out immediately on an advantageous cruise. : God save the King.
